🔥 Cardamom! I was inspired by the fire drink I had yesterday! 🔥
🎋 Cardamom is a tropical shrub in the ginger family. It is used in Indian food, both savory and sweet and has been used in Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine.

🎋 Cardamom can be consumed by making a tea, chewing the seeds or adding the ground seeds (powder) to foods.
🎋 Chewing the seeds is said to relieve indigestion and flatulence.
🎋 Chewing the seeds is also said to freshen breath. Cardamom extracts have also been shown to be effective against oral pathogenic bacteria such as Streptoccoccus mutans and Candida albicans.
Cinnamon is beneficial for more than apple pie. Especially, this time of year!
